East Diamond General Maintenance L.L.C. is a general maintenance and industrial contracting company based in Abu Dhabi. We fabricate in our own workshop and send trade-tested crews to sites across all seven emirates.
Our story
Built by tradesmen, not by a sales office.
EDGM started the way most good contracting firms do — with a small team who had spent years on other people's sites and knew exactly where jobs go wrong. Not in the welding, usually. In the coordination: the fitter waiting on the scaffolder, the coating crew arriving before the steel is ready, the civil make-good nobody priced.
So we built the company around covering the whole scope ourselves. Welding and fabrication, piping, mechanical, blasting and coating, civil and multi-trade building maintenance all sit under one roof at our base in Musaffah-37, with a single supervisor accountable for the programme.
Today we work for process plants, main contractors, factories and facility owners across the Emirates — on planned maintenance contracts, shutdown campaigns, fabrication packages and emergency call-outs.

Our mission
To be the contractor a plant manager calls first — because the crew turns up when promised, works safely, and leaves the job properly finished. We would rather earn a second job than win a cheap first one.
Our approach
Scope the work honestly, price it in writing, and self-perform the trades so accountability never gets passed down a chain of subcontractors. If something changes on site, you hear about it the same day.

One person accountable for every job we take.
Arslan leads EDGM as General Manager. Every enquiry, quotation and mobilisation passes across his desk — which means when you call about a job, you are speaking to someone who knows its status without having to look it up.
It also means accountability sits in one place. If a crew is late, if a weld fails inspection, if a date is at risk, there is no department to hide behind.

Our workshop and stores sit in Al Jazeem 9 St, Musaffah-37 — inside the industrial belt where most of our clients operate. From there, crews and equipment travel to sites in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
For an emergency breakdown inside the Abu Dhabi industrial areas we can usually have someone on site the same day.
