Welding & Steel Fabrication
Structural steel and pipe spools fabricated in-shop and erected on site, welded by coded tradesmen to the procedure your project specifies.
Our fabrication crews take a drawing from mark-up through cutting, fit-up, welding and final erection. Welders work to qualified procedures with MIG, TIG and arc processes on carbon steel, stainless and alloy, and every joint is presented for visual and NDT inspection before it is signed off.

Piping & Mechanical Works
Process, utility and firefighting pipework installed, tested and handed over — from routing and supports through to flushing and pressure test.
We install and modify process, utility, chilled-water and firefighting systems in live plants and new builds alike. Work is planned around your isolation and permit regime, and closed out with hydrotest and flushing records that your QA team can file.

Equipment Installation & Maintenance
Installation, alignment, overhaul and planned maintenance of rotating and static equipment across oil, gas and process facilities.
Pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, blowers and heat exchangers are set, aligned, coupled and commissioned by fitters who work to the OEM manual. We run planned preventive schedules as readily as we answer an emergency breakdown call.

Sand Blasting & Protective Coating
Surface preparation to standard, abrasive blasting and multi-coat protective systems that keep steel out of the corrosion cycle.
Tanks, structures, pipelines and vessels are blasted to the required surface profile, then coated with the primer, intermediate and topcoat system named in your specification. Ambient conditions, DFT readings and coat intervals are recorded as the work proceeds.

Building & Facility Maintenance
One multi-trade team for the civil, electrical, plumbing and HVAC upkeep that keeps a warehouse, factory or commercial building running.
Rather than juggle four subcontractors, facility owners hand us the whole scope. Our electricians, plumbers, AC technicians and civil hands work off a single schedule and a single point of contact, on annual maintenance contracts or as one-off call-outs.

Civil & General Construction
Foundations, plinths, structures and fit-out packages delivered as a subcontractor or as principal, safely and to programme.
We take on the civil packages that sit around industrial work — equipment foundations, plinths, trenches, bund walls, block work and finishing — as well as renovation and fit-out for commercial premises. Setting out, formwork, rebar and pour are all self-performed.

Skilled Manpower Supply
Trade-tested welders, fitters, riggers, electricians and helpers supplied on short or long-term hire to reinforce your own teams.
Every man we supply is trade-tested before deployment and arrives with valid documentation, safety induction and PPE. Whether you need two welders for a fortnight or forty men for a shutdown, we mobilise fast and manage the payroll, visas and accommodation ourselves.

Enquiry & site visit
Tell us the scope. We attend site, take the measurements ourselves and confirm access, permits and constraints before quoting.

Method & fixed quotation
You receive a written quotation with the method statement, crew size, materials and programme set out — no open-ended day rates.
- 03
Mobilisation
Documentation, inductions, PPE and tools are arranged in advance so the crew is productive on the first shift, not the third.
- 04
Execution & handover
Daily progress reporting, inspection at hold points, and a clean site with test records handed over at completion.
