Privacy Policy

East Diamond General Maintenance L.L.C. (“EDGM”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at edgm.pro. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short, because we collect very little.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form, that is:

• Your name, and your company name if you provide it
• Your email address and telephone number
• The service you selected and the site location you entered
• The description of the work you typed into the message field

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, passport or Emirates ID numbers, or any other sensitive identification document through this website.

How we use it

We use what you send us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• Arrange a site visit where one is needed
• Keep a record of the enquiry for our own commercial files

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we will not add you to a newsletter because you asked us for a price.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, which stores the submission and forwards it to our company email address. Netlify processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.

Beyond that, we share your information only where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a competent authority in the United Arab Emirates.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you across other websites. Your browser may store ordinary technical data needed to display the pages.

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find our workshop. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads; that is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful — usually the life of the resulting job plus a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to arslanmpl35@gmail.com and we will deal with the request within a reasonable period.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
